Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Email us at wasmite@luxebywasmite.com with your order number and a photo of any damage.
We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Luxe by Wasmite is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
