Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have specific guidelines on what qualifies.

Product defect (seal broken before you received it)
Order never arrived (after investigation)

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at wasmite@luxebywasmite.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Attach a clear photo of the item and any damage (if applicable).
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you instructions.
Step 4: Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label or a refund confirmation.
Important: Do NOT ship items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges: We currently offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. We do not offer size/color exchanges at this time since all lip glosses are one size.
