💋 About the Products
Our glosses are formulated with premium moisturizing ingredients including Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, and Vitamin E to keep your lips soft and hydrated throughout the day. They are paraben-free and dermatologist tested. See our full Ingredients page for the complete INCI list.
Absolutely not! One of our core commitments is a non-sticky, comfortable formula. Our glosses glide on smoothly and stay put without that heavy or tacky feeling. You get all the shine, none of the stick.
With normal wear, our gloss lasts approximately 2–4 hours. Reapplication after eating or drinking is normal for any lip gloss. For longer wear, apply over a lip liner in a matching shade.
Yes! Luxe by Wasmite is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and we are proud to be a conscientious beauty brand that puts both people and animals first.

🚚 Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US Standard Shipping takes 5–8 business days. US Express Shipping takes 2–3 business days. International orders typically take 10–25 business days depending on the destination. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, Haiti, and more. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information can take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at wasmite@luxebywasmite.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, due to hygiene regulations for cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your product arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right. Contact us at wasmite@luxebywasmite.com.
We’re so sorry! Please email us at wasmite@luxebywasmite.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
After your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
